The 12" interior velcro pocket can hold notebooks or magazines. The 6" pockets around the rest of the interior can hold your water bottle, food, umbrella, cellphone, wallet, keys, you name it. The two 10" outside pockets are good for things you need to get to fast. Same exact bag as our baby bags-7D x 14L x 11T. Hemp/cotton blend with hand dyed batiks or organic cotton.
